Not enough Wi-Fi security settings

I have an HP Pavilion dv7-3067cl running Windows 7 home premium that I am trying (emphasis on trying) to use for school. However, it is unable to connect to school Wi-Fi due to some missing settings, such as anonymous identity and user certificate. Let me know if you need more info to fix the problem.

this may be a better question for the schools IT admin as we don't know what software they employ on their network.

Those are provided by your school, we can't help you with that. Your best bet is to contact your schools IT departement

Well, thanks. They don't know what the problem is either, but they have given me trouble in the past.
