Computer shutting down

So today i built my new system moving from I5 6600 +B150 to R5 2600+X470 and everything was fine until i tried to play rainbow six siege my computer has shut down just after the loading screen when i got in the main menu

i tried with AC:O , F1 2018 , The Witcher 3 and the same thing happened but i was able to play to LoL with no problem

so i got to the conclusion that it was maybe due to the power consumption i then started a GPU stress while monitoring my temps , power consumption , and by tweaking the power limit i was able to reproduce the crash when the power gets over 75 watts . The weird thing is that my PSU should be more than enough i have 550w its the first time that i have this kind of issues

could it be my GPU instead ? i also have some weird noises coming from it passed 70 watts

Watts isn’t the only thing you should consider
