I read a crazy conspiracy theory once that the government was hiding computer technology advances from the public to have a slow consistent flow of new products, and that we would have yottabytes of storage in a snigle hard drive without government meddling,

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

That would require 1 billion times more storage, same as going from a single floppy disk to petabyte project, to put that in perspective.  Considering it already takes up an entire thicc drawer on the server rack and cost many tens of thousands of dollars (whether the drives were sponsored or not is kind of irrelevant for the sake of this discussion), I think it's safe to say there's a 0% chance of this happening.

Solve your own audio issues  |  First Steps with RPi 3  |  Humidity & Condensation  |  Sleep & Hibernation  |  Overclocking RAM  |  Making Backups  |  Displays  |  4K / 8K / 16K / etc.  |  Do I need 80+ Platinum?

If you can read this you're using the wrong theme.  You can change it at the bottom.

Buy an entire warehouse that holds nothing but storage in its volume. I'm sure they can do a kickstarter or something for that.
