Hi guys , is it possible to have an overclocking motherboard but Placed with a non overclocking cpu for upgrading purposes in the future ? Thanks .

You can but personally if you are getting an overclocking board you should spend the extra money on an unlocked CPU.

Well assuming you are looking at current Gen CPUs and mobo. And that you are at somewhat of a budget.
