DISM error

Hello,

When i use Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth  i get this   

Error: 1058

The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it.

The DISM log file can be found at C:\Windows\Logs\DISM\dism.log

 

My logs are attached.
