I currently have a EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti FTW3 GAMING, 11G-P4-6696-KR, 11GB GDDR5X and I never see all three fans blowing. I have tried to do research and it appears that the fans are asynchronous and will only spin when it becomes too hot. I was wondering if the three fans will monitor and work on their own even if I don't have the EVGA Precision XOC application installed. I couldn't find anything on the internet about it needing PXOC in order to work properly. I only saw articles saying that I should install PXOC if i wanted full control of my fan curves, RGB, etc. I don't really care for that level of control or features and just want to know the fans on the card will work properly without PXOC.

Thanks for clarifying.

The bios controls them as set by evga. You don’t have to do anything. Run a benchmark or game and check on them. Should all be spinning at some point. Especially inside a case.
