CPU usage drop along with FPS drop

Problem : After playing Fortnite for about 2 games ( about 50 minutes ), my CPU usage drops from about 20% to 11% , causing FPS to drop from 200-350 to 120-180.

System specs :

Prime deluxe x299

i9 7900x ( Changed specific core ratio to 40 on 8 cores and 41 on the * cores ).

4x8 gb 3200 MHZ corsair vengeance lpx XPM profile enabled. Quad channel

1080 gtx ti aorus xtreme

850W power suply EVGA gold.

EVO 212 cooler.

Benq xl2540 , 240 hz

Power plans are all on maximum performance. Temperatures are stable at CPU 60 C and GPU 67 C.

Observation : After I restart my computer all comes back to normal and it takes about 2 games for the CPU usage to go down along with the frames.

Observation 2 : When I was using duo channel 3200 Mhz XPM enable, but with default settings on core ratio ( core by usage ) , it was taking longer to happen, about 3 hours of gaming.

Observation 3 : When I upgraded Duo channel to quad channel , XPM enable, it didnt even happen.

But after changing on bios the core ratio to 40 on all cores except on the * ones, I put 41, it started to happen only after 2 games ( about 50 minutes ).
