Stutter and Black Spot

As the title suggests while gaming I will randomly get a stutter and black spot in the middle of my screen. I am not overclocked in anyway not even ram, no thermal throttling either. Cooling is fine too.

 

Ryzen 2700x -Wraith Prism Cooler

EVGA 1080 FTW2

3200 MHZ G.Skill Trident Z (It is currently at 2133 base, it will occur regardless of speed though I've tested it)

Gigabyte x470 Wifi 5 Motherboard

Seasonic 850W Gold PSU

2TB Seagate Barracuda HDD

128GB Corsair MP500 NVMe SSD
