So I’m buying a cooler master Hyper T4 will it fit well on my msi z370 gaming plus motherboard?

Yes, the Hyper T4 will fit on socket LGA 1151.

Have you checked the spec sheet? run it against memory offset on the motherboard, and clearance against memory height?

But dimensions wise will it cover any RAM slots or anything like that? I’ve never bought a fan like this one before so I’m not experienced with them. Just wanna know if it is too large for my board ??

nothing in the products sheet, reports say that AM boards need a horizontal mount (not an issue here) and that ram clearance is 45 mm (so low profile or ram without a heat sink basically) I couldn't find any info on offset with a quick search.

Google image search is your friend there. We are talking about very old design cooler in very recent board. ATX standard hasn't changed in years, so checking on Google image search how cooler looks on other boards. Here's excellent example:

Thats Asus P9X79 LE, ATX LGA2011 board. RAM on both sides, PCIe x16 as first slot. All are cleared without any issues. Your case will be limiting factor if anything.
