wayy past that the 7950 is a beast (i know I have the same 2 parts in my rig) I would say u could push 4k on Lower settings but 1080p on ultra easy I've been able to stream while staying in ultra

it could be the multi core support but other then that I can't really give u an answer why sometimes stuff just works better together
