So I am building a pc and I am using an AMD Ryzen 3 and it has Vega 8 Graphics and I would like your opinions on what you think of the graphics.

Depends on what and how you will play with it really.

Oh yeah, the iGPU is more than fine for CS and can do Fortnite well enough at low.

It'll go nicely with a 750 Ti.

then why consider 2200g at all if you wont be using the Vega 8 graphics? 750ti is only a little bit faster than the Vega 8.
