ADDING another hard drive

i have a computer with a 1 tb hard drive and i want to add another 1tb hard drive but it has windows 10 already installed in so how do i get both drives on the computer???

if you add a hard drive and type "partition" into the windows search bar, you can click "create and format hard disk partitions", you'll be asked to initialize your drive, then right click on the drive's volume and click "create new volume".

if my instructions are not that clear, there are tons of videos out there that will be way more helpful.
