FB usage is always at 100%

I have a msi RX 580 8 and I use mai afterburner. In the msi after Burner hardware monitor my fb usage is always at 100% even in idle. I’ve read online saying fb usage shouldn’t reach 100 or you would have a problem, but couldn’t get a clear answer. Help anyway one?
