eh, his cpu has an igpu, which can run most games on 1080p low-medium settings at around 50fps 

Also, why such an expensive mobo ? Just get a b450 tomahawk or b450-a pro, they're $20 and $40 cheaper

Yea, that's good, also i wouldn't recommend armor cards. They often tend to overheat
