At a minimum use DDR4-2666 memory. DDR4-3000 or faster is better.

The Samsung 860 Evo is a SATA III device. I like to leave M.2 connectors open for NVMe drives.

V750 is not good enough for the rest of the build.

Use an H370 motherboard with 4 memory slots. I prefer Asus or Asrock. H310 is intended for very low level builds and only have two memory slots.

To take advantage of dual channel memory operation, use two stick memory kits.

120GB ssd is a bit on the small side. Try to get at least 250GB.

There are some decently priced H370 motherboards with WiFi. Saves on having to get an addon card.

No need for liquid cooling of a locked cpu. The cpu does come with a reasonably good stock cooler. If you want something a bit more efficient and quieter, consider something like a Cryorig H7.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
