Hey Guys,

I recently built a new system using a Ryzen 5 2600x and am receiving a lot of issues with the CPU temperature. I have not tried to overclock due to this fact and at stock when simply just browsing google the temperatures spike constantly between 40-70 degrees, and when stress tested the temperature reaches far above 90 degrees (sometimes in the 100's), the same happens when attempting to play a game. I have tried remounting the cooler (however It seems that the cooler isn't in full contact with the CPU with one side seeming to be tilted up slightly despite installing it correctly) and re-applying thermal paste yet nothing seems to cause the temperatures to come down. The cooler I am using is a CoolerMaster Master Liquid 240ML AIO, and the temperatures seem extremely high even for a stock cooler, let alone a water-cooled system. Are there any other possible factors that could be causing such high temperatures. I have linked a parts list below.

Any help would be appreciated.

(Both the GPU and PSU have been pulled from my old system)
