Hello guys I need help to build my new RIG streaming Machine, I want to ask is motherboards matter? I want to OC proccessor ,I have two option specs, Lets call the first RIG RUBY

BOTH rig using GTX 1060 , and I have ssd. 

As u see Both have different Motherboards

 

The Question is If i buy the FIRST RIG( Ruby RIG) it's compactible? I want to OC my Ryzen or should I go for the SECOND RIG ( LUNA RIG) ?

They are both B450 so they can both overclock.

 

But your memory is a little slow. Go for something like this:
