Is this a good GPU?

I have heard the XFX - Radeon RX 580 8GB GTS XXX ED Video Card is a good gpu, but I want to double check with ya'll and see what you guys think

Also, is the Corsair - TXM Gold 550W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply a good psu too ?

I would recommend the seasonic one and yes the graphics card is cheap and XFX is one of the trusted brands for graphics card too.

Seasonic is also trusted especially on their new focus lineup

-Frequencies DON'T represent everything and in many cases that is true (referring to Individual CPU Clocks).
