Blackscreen after Boot

Go to solution Solved by RKarim,

Download the windows Media Creation tool off of Microsoft's website. Then have a USB drive plugged into the working computer. Just follow the software instructions. I have gotta go, so here's video of what you've gotta do.

Sooo, I turned my pc off an hour ago, got home and started it, now the only thing that I saw was a black screen with cmd that said "system32".

(I see the login screen after I log in its the black screen!)

I used explorer.exe (or something similar) now I'm here, but every time I restart I see that window.

I did multiple virus scans nothing, I was downloading a game before I turned my PC off and I already deleted it.

I also tried "shift restarting"/"booting into safe mode", but when I log in it says I put the wrong password even if its right I changed it after that and it still doesn't work...

I think if my antivirus doesn't pick anything up ill just do a reset, and clean my C drive with that... is this a good plan? maybe there is something you guys know.

I am very confused neither my friends know what this is.

I hope someone can help me

(i am terribly sorry for my bad English, i really hope you understand something)

EDIT: Malwarebytes just found 21 potential risks, called Riskware (i don't know wth this is) but someone was mining with my PC (it says riskware.Bitcoinminer) sounds very suspicious lol

Don't worry about riskware. That's just what they call cracks for software. Did you crack any software? (Downloaded paid software online for free?)

Ok. So can you pull out the drive with the important data. Lets just isolate it for now. Then, I'm going to ask you to make a Windows boot drive, and re install windows. Make sure to select the fresh install option.

oh god, well I can't get the drive out, without taking apart 99% of the PC ill just hope it will stay..., how the hell do I make a windows boot drive? how does windows destroy itself on my pc wtf... how long will this take?

Will my PC still work if I leave it as it is? or will it have permanent damage?
