Whea Uncorrectable Error HELPPP

i been having this trouble since 2015 i dont know what to do but lets get to the problem theres this blue screen and it saids WHEA UNCORRECTABLE ERROR but i dont know how to get rid of it i tried updating my drivers (note that im runing widows 8.1) but then it gives me a other blue screen clock-watchdog-timeout  then i just gave up pls tell me how to fix it                  oh and off topic im a BIIG FAN OF LINUS AHHHHHHH

this means that your CPU Overclock is not stable, reset your BIOS settings, or readjust your OC settings.
