so i recently got a new laptop, the dell g7 15, its a great laptop but unfortunately it does not have a fan control software or a software to configure the perfomance output

i want to have full power without being connected to the power outlet, any software that can do this ?

What settings are you trying to change and what OS are you using?  Windows power and sleep has a lot of settings buried in advanced options.

Windows has built-in configuration for performance etc. for both - plugged in and not. It's called "Power options".

the fan speed and gpu performance, i see no options for that on settings

For the GPU use MSI afterburner or something like it.  

For the fans, there is a dell fan utility from a few months back that was working on older laptops, but I don't know if it will work on yours.
