While Windows 10 was installing from a Microsoft supplied USB onto a new build with a new HDD, I tripped over my power cable and the PC shut down. Now when I start the PC and attempt to boot off the USB, it prompts me (in black and white text) to pick Win 64 or Win 32, and when I pick Win 64, the windows logo appears with a loading dial, and then goes to a black screen and nothing happens after that.

What at can I do to finish the Install?

dam bruh.

sorry to say, but you could change the HDD, and see if the product key still works. If it does not work, then you could call microsoft and tell them this and they may reactivate the code you have.

"This is so sad, Alexa play Despacito." Good Luck!

Unfortunately you'll have to start from the beginning. When data interrupted during a read or write, things get messy.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How do I do that? When booting I can only choose the USB or HDD and when I pick the USB is does what I described.

Can you format the drive with the stick? If not, try formatting it with another PC.
