Why at some games GPU temp raises high then the other games.
Like I get 80C while playing gta 5 but at Forza Motorsports 7 my gpu temps barely reach 58C. Why this discrimination?

some games are less stressful than others. try running kombustor and see your temps skyrocket.

Use MSI Afterburner and create your own fan curve. 25% from zero to 45 degree, then straight line to 100% at 70 degree (it's my proposal, you can do it different way).

 

It may be also because Forza have bigger requirements (!), so you get less frames per second, while GTA 5 with good settings may give you lot of frames calculated "in the air". Try to set vsync to "force on" and see what happens. And best advice - do both.

go download a msi afterburner. you can change fan curve

Depends on how hard the card has to try. Pretty easy to fix and realize why it’s happneing.
