Windows couldn't load

Hay need some help iv just tried to overclock for the first time with my ryzen5 2600 couldn't change any of the core clock or frequencies on anything so I just enabled like I think it said like extreme profile and now windows won't load its saying kernel may be missing or corrupted error code 0xc0000221

And i can't get back in to the bios to change back what i changed and help woud be great

Everyone was a noob at the beginning, don't be discouraged by toxic trolls even if u lose 15 times in a row. Keep training and pushing yourself further and further, so u can show those sorry lots how it's done !

Be a supportive player, and make sure to reflect a good image of the game community you are a part of. 

Don't kick a player unless they willingly want to ruin your experience.
