Defender prevent ThrottleStop from reading MHz numbers correctly. How to fix this?

Solution: You need to turn off the Core Isolation in Windows Defender.

I have negative MHz numbers in ThrottleStop which is because of the Windows Defender (the ThrottleStop guy said this to me, but he can't remember how to fix this). What I need to change in the Windows Defender to allow the ThrottleStop read the correct MHz numbers?
