No FPS limiting factor (VSync, GSync, FPS limiter) applied, I assume.

Menu - not much going on, CPU does not need to do much, therefore it is sitting calmly, yet GPU is maxed out, creating as many frames as it can.

In-game - both CPU and GPU are working hard, but you're bottlenecked by CPU, therefore GPU is sitting at 50%.

Yeah - all applied. Menu was just an error in my settings.

In-game - seems the game itself is locked to 80-90 fps max. According to the server cap anyway.

So - been playing the new blackout beta for blackops - because why not. Noticed that I get 100% usage on my gpu in the main menu - but then only 50% or so ingame? I also get around 80fps with a 1070ti and Ryzen 7 1700 oc 3.7ghz. Is that normal?

Edit: Found out why its 100% in the menu - has it set to 250 max fps in menu. Though - why can't it do that ingame? I can only get 80 or so fps. I have a 60hz monitor but it looks choppy when it goes to 70 or so..

That’s how black ops 3 was. This game won’t be any different. Wouldn’t bother trouble shooting a beta is just hope the cpu can keep up when the game comes out and max settings.
