eZ Debug cpu light red

Hello, I recently bought a new motherboard, cpu, graphics card & ram sticks for my build. I first got everything hooked up and the ez debug cpu light came on, i went through forums trying different troubleshooting tips, none have seemed to work. I have no signal to monitor and my mouse will NOT turn on, however my keyboard will. I’ve tried replacing the cpu with a new one, didn’t work. My thoughts are on the motherboard, is it faulty? 

 

Specs:

MSI B360I Gaming Pro Motherboard

Gigabyte Geforce gtx 1050 Ti

Intel i3-8100 processor

2 x 4GB evo potenza ram

Where would i see an error code?

On a small seven segment display, usually at the bottom of your motherboard.

Remove the CPU and check if you have damaged the motherboard.
Also do the same for RAM.

Exchanged motherboard for a new one, along with the new processor i got yesterday, still getting the cpu red light?!
