PC won't post to display

So I'm having an issue with my PC that I'm building for a friend, the system won't post, I get no signal on any monitors that I use, I have swapped GPUs with my friends as well. Leds on motherboard light up and keyboard lighting also shows up as well

System specs 

Ryzen 5 2600x

Gigabyte Ga-ax370-gaming 3

GTX 1060

16gb Hyperx DDR4

600w evga psu

Try reseating the ram.

You've got an x370 with 2nd gen ryzen. Is the BIOS up to date?

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

You're gonna need an AMD boot kit, or a friend with a first gen ryzen cpuy
