MACROS NOT WORKING

Hey guys,

I recently got a Razer Basilisk mouse and set up macro key in Razer Synapse. Left click macro key works in website tests (like clicking speed test) but not in games. When I press my macro key it still acts like normal left click. (multiple times on handguns and shotguns) however the speed of the shooting does not change. Should it work like that? Thanks in advance.
