Boot from USB

So, I have a school computer that I do not have admin on. Could I be able to use an USB stick with a Windows 10 iso file and boot from it?
If this would work, do I have to have a special formatting on the USB stick?

Hope someone have the answer on this question :).

If you want administrator rights, bring it up with your school.
