unraid server/workstation

Just starting a new build, it will be running unraid and various VMs. I need a home server mainly for media due to an excessive auantity of DVDs and BluRays filling up my house but will also be setting it up for remote access for file access and the ability to leverage the processing power when needed. I will also set up a WindowsVM for workstation and gaming plus Ubuntu and osx VMs for playing around with, Windows will be set up so i can either start the system as a server with the windows VM running or as bare metal windows when I need the full processing power for rendering (how to here). I currently use spaceclaim for 3D design work and keyshot for renderings, on a day to day basis the file size is 2GB and under and contain a few thousand obljects but I have a couple of projects which involve full facility layouts which are very rescorce intensive.

On to the system spec, I have a good idea of what will be going into it:

Im looking at the 9900k when it is released (need to see some real benchmarks)

H150i pro cooler

asrock taichi (z370 will work for this set up but with the z390 just round the corner I will look at this before pulling the trigger)

corsair vengeance RGB Pro 32GB (4 x 8GB) DDR4-3200 Memory - need some RGB lol

1TB Samsung 860 evo for the Windows drive

2x 500GB Samsung 860 evo for cache drives in raid 1

3x 10TB WD red for the storage pool ( single parity giving 20TB storage and space for another 8 drives if and when i fill them up)

looking at an RTX card, the quadros are out of my price range so will probably be going for either the 2080/2080ti (again waiting on the benchmarks)

going to be throwing in some more RGB goodness in the form of 3 LL fans and a couple of strips
