I have a Kingston SSD and I cant install Windows 7 on it. I created a bootable USB using an ISO with RUFUS.

The Usb is not even visible in boot order and it always says Bootmgr is missing. Press ctrl alt del to restart.

My other usb with bootable Windows 10 is visible in boot order but same problem.

Windows 7 from DVD gets stuck on Expanding Windows files 0%

What do I do?

Tbh it sounds like your laptop has a memory issue. Try running MemtestX86 for a few passes and see if it fires any errors.
