I have a raspi zero w working with motioneye os. I have everything setup over my home internet, and it works great. My question is: Is there any way to view the camera on my phone WITHOUT having any internet connection on the raspi? I am trying to use a couple as gopros and dash cams, and don't want to turn on my phone's hotspot every time. Thx

• configure your router so that it forwards a (preferably random) TCP port to port 80 of your motionEyeOS's internal IP address

However these steps have nothing to do with motionEyeOS and apply to any other service that runs locally, on your private network.

Yeas, you can do that, but it requires a little bit of digging, finding youtube tutorials and stuff. It is possible, as long as your rpi is connected to your network at home, i don't say how to do it here, because it depends what router do you have and what possibilities it gives you.
