You are looking at at least a 1060 or a RX 580 to stream and game at the same time. I would recommend a 1070, if you can afford it.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X | MOBO: MSI B450 Tomahawk GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6800XT | RAM: GSkill Trident Z DDR4 3600Mhz | PSU: ADATA Core Reactor 850W 80+ Gold | CASE: Fractal Design Meshify C MONITOR: LG 32UL500-W 4K 60Hz, Gigabyte M27Q 1440p 165Hz

Ryzen cpus are the best for streaming and gaming. Rn they are $165 which is within $10 of the 8400, whilst being more powerful and newer. Also, do you know what motherboard you'll be using? And idk about ultra settings but maybe high. You might wanna look into at least getting a rx 580

Probably a 6GB, but if the 3Gb is significantly cheaper, go for that one.

Where do you live though? Software such as OBS requires a bit more horsepower than you plan on building. If you live in the US, you can manage with around a $1000 before taxes. Here's something to look at.
