I've been trying to get my SMS text messages through Action Center on Windows 10.  I've got it to work, but it requires https://messages.android.com/ to be open in Chrome at all times.  Is there any way that I can set this up to give me notifications even when Google Chrome is closed.  I do have "Continue Running apps when Google Chrome is closed" on, but it doesn't seem to be working.  Thanks for any help that can be offered!

To make sure you don’t have to repeat the QR process, you can keep your computer paired with your phone by enabling “Remember this computer.” That’s in the settings menu, which you can access from the web version of Android Messages by clicking on the three-dot icon to the right of “Messages.” You shouldn’t turn this on if you’re using a public PC that other people can easily access.
