Samsung evo 860 latitude e6520 blue screen 0xc000021a

So I installed the evo 860 ssd into my laptop and installed windows 10. Everything works. Reboot, everything works. Shutdown, come back tomorrow, everything works.

 

Install updates.KABOOOOOOM! Blue Screen.

 

Any advice?

 

 I googled a 3 line cmd fix in recovery. It did not fix the issue.

 

Raid mode in bios seems to have solved the issue
