I played the Beta with RX 480 and R7 1700. It handled it great. I think 8GB RAM for the system might be a little on the low side, but should still be doable for the most part. Most maps you should be fine; however, you'll be hurting on the open world because apparently the whole thing will be loaded. That's why Activision can't promise 60 FPS....

The RX580 should be able to handle it, but I'll let someone else handle the pricing scheme on that.

is this version of rx580 8gb good or a shit model

Well, its MSI which means it good, but MSI does high mark ups because of the brand. Just get https://www.neweggbusiness.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9B-14-131-712&nm_mc=afc-cjb2b&cm_mmc=afc-cjb2b-_-Video+Cards+-+AMD/ATI-_-PowerColor-_-9B14131712&utm_medium=affiliates&utm_source=afc-cjb2b-PCPartPicker%2C+LLC&cjevent=db79f39fb62b11e881a301330a24060f which is the best bang for the buck gpu out there for a budget, in my opinion.

PC: CPU: i5-9600k - CPU Cooler: be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4 - GPU: Sapphire Radeon RX 5700 XT 8GB GDDR6 - Motherboard: ASRock - Z370 Extreme4 - RAM: Team - T-Force Delta RGB 16 GB DDR4-3000 - PSU: Corsair - TXM Gold 550 W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply - Case: Thermaltake - Core G21 TG
