Recently my boot times are getting REALLY long for a SSD, 4-5 mins. It spends all that time at windows logo with the spinning dots. Sometimes it boots  fast from a shutdown (10 sec) but 80% from the time takes way longer than that. From a restart it does it all the time.

Boot priority is set right, 1st SATA port on SSD (tried changing them), disconected my HDD - still does it, registry reset - no change, BIOS update and drivers.

Startinhg to run out of options, will  really appreciate your sugestions, as reinstall is my last bet - dont really feel like spending   1 - 2 days setting up programs and settings
