I restarted my router but still getting high ping... I am connected via Ethernet I dont know whats happening... if you could help it would be greatly appreciated! Oh and my internet speed went way down is there a way I can fix it?

sometimes my router will just screw up and slow down. How long has this been going on?

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

If you WiFi is much slower than usual, (speedtest wise) then I would definitely contact your ISP, but this is most likely a issue with Fortnites servers as, ping is the measure of how fast (time wise) data sent from your system can get to a remote server, ping is not necessarily speed of your connection. For example, a server that is in the same city as you are will get a MUCH lower ping than a server that is all the way over in germany or something, even if your connection is 5-10MBPS. Connection speed shouldent *really* affect the ping.

So if you generally get a low ping, but all of a sudden start getting very high pings, its most likely an issue with the remote server, usually not your connection, or router.

But then again, it *could* just be your router, they do get old and break after a while.
