I need some advice on upgrading my rig. Im changing from Intel Mobo and processor to AMD and I'm planning on getting a new SATA ssd since I need to reinstall the windows 10. Will it work if I install Windows 10 on the new SATA ssd then plug in my old SATA hdd? Do I still get to use my files in my old SATA hdd?

Yep, if you install a new SSD and still plug in your old HDD, it should just show up in File Explorer like usual.

just install windows on the ssd on the new amd rig. then back up the important stuff from the drive after that go to disk manager delete the 3 partions from the hdd then select the raw partition and format it as ntfs. finally, put all the stuff you backed up back
