Meshify C Mini front radiator width support max

On Fractal Design website I have found that front radiator support is:140/280mm (max width 144mm)

However, I wanted to buy EK-CoolStream CE 280 and its dimensions are: 320 x 145 x 45mm (L x W x H)

Because it's just 1 mm to my dream, I was wondering, If I get lucky and somebody knows if it can fit or has Mini C and radiator 144 mm in width and can tell if there is a spare 1 mm :'(
