Stock cooler for now. I was told it should be good enough with no issues.

That's fair enough, stock is alright for lighter tasks particularly for locked CPUs.

Elaborate on lighter tasks? I don't play 6 hours a day for gaming for example. :c

Web browsing, media viewing, things you'd do in an office. The thing with stock coolers is temperature and how noise starts to become a problem at high temperatures.

If you did do six hours a day of gaming, only then would consider getting a small aftermarket cooler, so you're fine.

We will see how it will go! The noise issue is irrelevant for me as I am deaf so.. I will see how high the temperature goes during gaming and video editing though. If it becomes an issue, I could buy a H121 cooler.

If you're referring to the Hyper 212, read this...

What are the acceptable temperature for i7 8700 and which temperature are "danger zone" for it?

The listed T-junction for an 8700 is 100°C, the danger zone for me at least is 80°C+, and the acceptable temps are between 40-60°C under load.

Provided, you have a locked CPU so only turbo can really affect the temperatures, so you may not even see these temperatures in real-world usage.

I don't even know how to mess CPUs like that. I mean, turning on turbo, overclocking, etc.. I literally never touched CPUs before lol and probably won't as I am not even interested about them. I assume turbo mode is disabled on default.

So with the locked CPU on default (3.2ghz), I will get less temperature in general?

Turbo is automatic, it turns into turbo mode when your PC needs to, such as high-intensity gaming, it's nothing to do with overclock and is completely on its own section.

The max turbo on an 8700 is 4.6GHz which is still pretty high, your temperatures should be pretty low regardless, but it all depends on that stock cooler.

Ok, thanks for addressing my concerns! :)
Aside of the lack of CPU Cooler (Which I MAY get in future if needed), is my build good enough? GPU is weak, I know but it's a temporarily card until I will buy a gtx 1070 ti in the next months. I assume GT 1030 can fit just fine in that MOBO?

Yeah, you're build is great! I would have mentioned it earlier if I didn't like something there. :) The GT 1030 will fit in any motherboard, you'll be fine. Same goes for a GTX 1070 Ti which I assume you already knew.
