I have recently built a PC and plugged into my monitor and turned on what comb were rotating fans and LEDs no debug led lit up ... and no picture no bios nothing

Ryzen 5 1400
Msi B350 Pro-Vdh
G.Skill 2x4gb ddr4 ram
1050 ti
SanDisk 240Gb

430W PowerSupply
