It should be written in the motherboard manual.

Usually you download the bios file from manufacturers website to some usb drive, then go to bios, select bios update, and then let it do it's business.

Scroll down to BIOS. You sometimes have to put in on a flash drive, boot into bios, and update it from there. You may also be able to run an exe. It looks like the BIOS files are zip archives so you might need to do the former. I haven't used that motherboard so I can't tell you the specific steps.

Okay,

I did as you instructed but in the BIOS there is no M-Flash entry or update bios.
Then I ran into Ms-Dos with USB boot with the BIOS update file but the result was nothing happened.
In the download file there is an exe file that can not be run.
