cpu Im upgrading

I've been wanting to upgrade my pc for some time, and was eying Ryzen 3 1300x. I don't plan to overclock, so it seemed like core i3-8100 with the B360M H motherboard is a better option. Which of those cpus are better, and is the B360M H a good match for the core i3?

my advice would be to not buy 4 core 4 thread cpu, save up

 

second advice would be to buy amd platform because you should be able to upgrade in 1-2 years without changing motherboard

Then, what ryzen would you recommend under 200$?

I would get a R5 2600 and a decent B450 board. MSI and asrock has better VRM and VRM cooling.
