There are a lot of YouTube videos out calling it a over clock. It's Base clock over clock or something and can get it from 3.3 to 3.5 ghz should I do this or not ?

sure why not, but don't forget Base Clock overclocking will also increase your RAM speed, so you might want to dial down the RAM frequency or your RAM will be unstable.

You can only do this if you have a p67, z68 or z77 motherboard.

It only overclocks ram too or something else too ?

it also overclocks the north bridge or whatever it's called on your system, but if you're gonna increase the Base Clock to 105 or 106, the northbridge shouldn't become unstable, might even give you a boost in performance.

 

it also overclocks Intel's iGPU i think? i'm not sure, but again 105 Base Clock shouldn't make it unstable, you just need to watch out for the RAM
