Autodesk machine

New to the site but practically watch all your videos on YouTube for tips and tricks. My job opportunity Excel into the CADCAM Autodesk design field.  I am not a computer wiz but the end-user in Autodesk products I will say fairly good. I. Looking to build a desktop PC and looking to spend not more that $3500 CAD. I am not sure what I can get for this kind of money, I am hoping your team can help to guide me on the best bang for my buck. 

 

Secondly I have a tons  of external hard drive and like to know your recommendation on a storage case I can use to pack the all in for a low price say $400 -500 CAD.
