Go through your BIOS and manually change all the settings to your preferred oc settings. The Gigabyte Easy Tune App is known to be really buggy and tends to overvolt your chip. I use Gigabyte boards for quite some time now, but this is a feature to better stay well clear of. If you want to oc your CPU, do it manually through the BIOS.

Hi guys, my ryzen 7 2700x out of the box perform 4.3 GHz with 1.36-1.39 V,

but after i installed easy tune app (the one from gigabyte), my cpu always work at 3.7 GHz in altough i choose default mode at that app, after i uninstall that app, my cpu still worked at 3.7 GHz, no thermal issue 50 degree, what should i do to revert it without reset my BIOS setting.

Does it stay at 3.7 GHz while gaming or only during idle?

4.3 GHz is at max boost afaik, not while the CPU is doing nothing

it stays 3.7 (no matter single core or all core) during gaming, before i could get single core 4.3 at gaming.
