Over the past week my 7970 would not boot first time would have to restart the system but know it will not boot at all? I have tried all drivers at my disposal and now it wont let me install any at all.

My System now I5 4670k ,H100i, Z87X-D3H, 8GB of Black Muramba, 7970 Sapphire with backplate , Thermaltake chaser A31 black with blue accents ,AX 760 With Blue Cabels, Samsung 840 120gb SSD ,1TB Black ,256 Ultra Plus SanDisk

I would try going into the bios if you can access it to see if the discrete gpu is set to default and use your igpu to uninstall existing graphics drivers and try to reinstall with your gpu plugged in: http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/GPU57RemoveOldGraphicsDrivers.aspx

When I plug my HDMI cable in to to GPU it has no output so I can not see what im doing

Tried using a different output method? (DVI/Displayport) Are you sure that your monitor and/or gpu are working by testing them on a different computer?

I know that my moniters working but i do not have a second pc so i do not know if my GPU is
