Hardware for storage server

New here so hello first off? 

Looking for advice on choices on hardware for storage server. Looking to use unRAID mainly for storage and run a very small/low powered second machine(VM) to run Ubuntu and my Ubiquiti Unifi controller. 

Looking to have something rack-mounted to go with my other rackmount hardware and found this on ebay, would it be any good for me? Its only £160 so it's a good price if it will be suitable. If it will not work, could anyone suggest an alternative following a low-cost budget?
